Returns & Refunds
Every wabipet piece is handmade and custom-crafted for your pet. Because each item is made to order just for you, all sales are final โ we don't accept returns or exchanges.
We know this is a bigger commitment than an off-the-shelf product, so please double-check our gallery and make sure you like our style, design, and the cup itself before placing your order. If you're unsure about anything, email us at hellowabipets@gmail.com before you buy and we'll happily help you get it right.
Damaged or wrong item
Your happiness still matters to us. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item shows up defective, damaged, or it's not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellowabipets@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll review it and make it right โ whether that's a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
A note for EU customers
EU consumer law includes a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, but this right does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. As every wabipet piece is custom-made for your pet, our all-sales-final policy applies. Your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed items are unaffected.
